A few tips for filling in this form
All fields concerning your contact details and those of your child are mandatory (+ RGPD and General rules).
This is also the case for the "No. of registrants from the same family" field, which allows us to calculate the discount on membership fees if several children from the same family have registered for our courses. If this is not the case for you, this field should be set to "1".
When all the fields are filled in correctly, when submitting the form, you should arrive at a summary of your request before you can correct or validate it.
As soon as you have done this, you will receive an automatic email confirming that the request has been sent. We will then get back to you as soon as possible ;-)
