One Sunday a month, the Studio creates a family time
for a moment of dance and/or well-being between parents & children
Yoga for parents - kids
Ophélie, the Parent-Child yoga teacher, has a yoga training yoga training in group postural classes and philosophical workshops.
These approaches made her want to deepen my knowledge of yoga knowledge of yoga from both a practical and theoretical point of view and to accept the collaboration with Super Lexi and the Studio Dans'Harmonie.
Attentive to the way the postures should be done, warm and caring, she also has a great imagination for making the to make the Parent-Child sessions fun and exciting. Together, we take parents and children into different worlds each time.
These sessions take place on Sundays from 9.30am to 11.15am (see below for dates & locations of upcoming sessions)
All Style dance parents-children
Juliette started dancing at the age of 10, starting with jazz and then turned to Hip Hop. She continues to perfect her style which is based on ghetto hiphop and different styles such as krump and Kpop.
With a positive and bubbly nature, she designs workshops of All Styles workshops for parents and children. The objective is to have fun, to learn steps and link them together to create a choreography.
These sessions take place on Sundays from 11am to 12:30pm (see below for dates & locations of upcoming sessions)

Parent - child yoga & All Style Dance
The fee for these classes is 18€ for 1 adult and 1 child.
All animation is worked in pairs.
If you wish to come with several children, it is important that you can always provide 1 adult + 1 child to keep this balance.

Practical tips:
- Wear comfortable clothes (no skirts)
- Come on time (even 15 minutes before the 1rst class, so you can get comfortable (there are changing rooms)
- There are mats on site.
