As is our tradition in a year when there is no major show, we are organising a photo session with our regular photographers, Johan Dehon and Fabian Sanguinetti (www.dphotography.be). This is open to all our dancers (young and old, in all disciplines) who wish to take part.
Practically, the ground floor studio will be reserved exclusively that day for the shoot with 3 stands (plain background, at the barre and bench).
The movement of each student from one stand to another is planned with the presence of assistants and teachers.
Each child will be photographed with a number for access to the photographers' sales platform.
As a result, no classes on the ground floor of the Studio are being organised this Saturday 8 February.
The 9.30am and 10.30am Petit Rat 1 & 2 can either attend classes in the 1st floor room with Océane or make up their Saturday class on a day of the previous or following week at their convenience (Monday to Thursday).
There are no Quadrille 1 & 2 or Coryphée 1, 2 & 3 classes on that day either. These students can pick up their lessons the week before or the week after.
The timetables are on our website.
We work only by appointment, thus limiting waiting times and the sometimes very large crowds. On the other hand, the requirement to be on time for the appointment (at least 10 minutes before the chosen time) becomes even more important. We're counting on you .
Please note, only 1 appointment per pupil/family is allowed! For large families, pupils from the same family are expected to attend at the same time. If the time of day poses a major problem, don't hesitate to let us know!
Fees: No expenses on the day itself, photos will be purchased via the platform (prices depending on the packages from +/- 6€/photo).
It is hoped that your child will come with his/her school tunic and other accessories (tights, slippers, etc.) in the best possible condition. A nice hairstyle is an undeniable asset and makes organisation easier.
Creative photos - Saturday 15 March 2025 - from 4.30pm to 9pm
This shoot is reserved for all our students aged 10 and over, in all disciplines.
Practically, the studio will be reserved exclusively that day for the creative shoot with the same team of photographers as for the individual shoot.
Our photographers ‘bend’ to the creative ideas of our great students.
There are no timetables but it is wise to allow at least 1 hour of time with us.
Registration is not required for this session.
Prices : No expenses on the day, photos will be purchased via the school. The first 4 photos will be charged and the rest will be free, subject to certain conditions regarding intellectual property and potential use.

If you have opted for a half-yearly subscription, you will normally have received an email at the end of December stating that your child is considered enrolled by default for the second half-year (same group and same timetable).
If this is not your intention, it is urgent to notify us to allow any new students to join the class.
The Studio membership fee for the second semester (€60) will be claimed from those who have not taken the necessary steps in time, expressly by email.
In this December email, you had the details for the second semester membership fee (with the structured communication issue)
If your child was born before 1 January 2010, you should have received an email from us about tax certificates for the 2024 calendar year.
3 important things to know:
- The deadline for sending us the form (https://studio-dansharmonie.be/tax-certificate/?lang=en) is February 15, 2025.
- You should have received the individual codes & instructions.
- It is imperative to encode the national register numbers respecting the structure XX dot XX dot XX hyphen XXX dot XX. Otherwise it will not work!
A page dedicated to stages on our website is updated regularly. You'll find all the most up-to-date and complete information there, along with the form for registering your child.
Relaxation holidays (Carnival): 4 courses (registration already open)

More details to follow.
The second half-year starts this Monday 01/02/2025 and closes on Saturday 21 June (inclusive).
Although the ephemeris is clearly indicated on each of the child disciplines pages and on our home page you will find the main indications of the current status of the Studio, we would remind you that we follow the Belgian French school holiday rhythm.
There are classes without interruption until the next holidays, i.e. until Saturday 22 February (included) with a resumption from Monday 10 March.
The academic year ends on 21 June (inclusive)

The school year will then continue until 21 June (inclusive).
The new forms for student (re-)registrations for the 2025-2026 academic year will be online by 15 April 2025.
For all our students active in 2024-2025 (2nd semester), we will send you an individual email per student asking you about a possible re-registration for the following season. Until 1 June, you will retain priority for enrolments over new pupils.
When it comes to class levels, if the discipline offers more than one class, you will be informed in this email of our point of view (whether or not the child is invited to move up to the next level). This mainly concerns ballet, which has 7 different levels.
We would like to take advantage of this general communication to draw your attention to the fact that we are ‘overflowing’ with forgotten items in our dance school.
Be aware that there are full laundry bags both on the ground floor and upstairs waiting for you to come and have a look at them if you need to.
As a general rule, whatever is forgotten on the ground floor stays in the ground-floor hutches; the same logic applies upstairs.
For more precious or identifiable items, they are kept in our upstairs office.
We can only advise you to mark all your clothes and certainly all your dance equipment!
As we cannot accumulate lost items indefinitely, everything will be sorted, redistributed and/or thrown away after 21 June 2025
